Installation
We install new and second-hand machinery, following the manufacturer’s technical guidelines.
Maintenance
We work together with our clients to come up with maintenance plans, in accordance to their needs and budget, in addition to updates to PET blowing machinery.
Diagnostic Visits
A detailed review of the PET blowing machinery is carried out. This allows us to consolidate the collected data into a report that shows the condition of the equipment, which is used to evaluate the necessary and immediate actions to take or possible corrections to deteriorated assemblies that the machinery may present
Training and Coaching
We provide training to the production and maintenance team, through which they acquire knowledge and practical and theoretical skills for the usage, maintenance and production process of the different PET blowing machine models.
Improvements and Upgrades
We suggest the implementation of new technical advances that allow production efficiency, reduction of energy consumption and increased production speeds of PET blowing machinery.
Machinery Overhaul
Total or partial repair of the machine, subject to budget, priority and objective agreed with our clients, prior to the diagnostic visit.
Design and Manufacture of Tools and Tooling
Our creativity and experience with PET blowing machinery has allowed us to design and manufacture a variety of mechanical devices that allow a correct and efficient installation of parts.
